      A well documented, thoughtful study of the time between the end of World War One and the start of the Paris peace conference when the influence of the USA and especially Woodrow Wilson was at its height. Not an easy read, but worth it. Walworth later wrote a sequel about the peace conference itself, "Wilson and His Peacemakers."
