      The only reason I didn't give this five stars is because there was a mis-match between my expectations and the author's intent. I needed to read one book and she wrote another one. I wanted to read more about career teacher evaluations, and the intent of this book is to evaluate and license (YES, that IS the title!) intern teachers. I was intrigued by Darling-Hammond's discussion of NBPTS Standards and performance evaluationsd I can see the seeds of a career teacher performance evaluation system [...]
