Great job. Great friends. Great life. This is the sum of Ida Moreno’s life until an attacker in the middle of the night robs her of body and, in the process, ends her life. But the story is far from over as Moreno, no longer body and all soul, watches her final moments, follows her attacker, and sets out for blood, determined to get justice for her rape and murder . #6 takes a thriller/crime plot and turns it on it's head! Ida is an amazing strong character, full of lifeuntil she dies. Then she becomes a twisted, vengeful spirit hellbent on revenge. I loved her journey and the way her trials and tribulations evolve her. Much as it's a tale shrouded in sadness, the way it's written drags you in and you find yourself really rooting for Ida. Sharon L. Higa has an amazing writing style which I adore. I can't think of anything I didn't like about this book - and [...]

This book was amazing. It is about a woman that is tragically murdered and her spirit is not happy about it. Ida, the ghost, is a strong character. All the other characters in this story are great as well. If you are a fan of detective novels or mysteries I would definitely add this to your to-read shelf. It is worth it.

How can you not be intrigued when you read the first sentence. Wow! What a fascinating concept for a book. I did enjoy this story. Though, after the attention grabbing start I found the majority of the book was more of a slow simmer pace.
