      A good book, though less didactic and more full of motivating / inspiring sound-bytes and quotes.

      A tad simplistic but I like the A-Z format that she uses. Makes for easy reference, but there's not a lot of depth to any given letter

      Great book by Waters-- her lay out was excellent and being in the customer service spectrum, I felt the alphabetical stories and ideas she shared were honest and thought provoking.
